Open a book or an article in the language you're learning: when a word or sentence stops you, Folioki's AI translates and explains it. GET HELP WITH THE HARD PARTS Tap any word, phrase, or sentence to see a translation without leaving the page. When a translation isn't enough, ask for a breakdown: the AI explains the meaning, grammar, and context in plain words, so you understand why the sentence says what it says. Still unsure? Ask a follow-up question in your own words. You keep reading the original text, and a dense paragraph no longer costs you an evening with a dictionary. TURN NEW WORDS INTO FLASHCARDS Save a word or phrase straight from the text, and Folioki writes the card for you in seconds: • Translation and example sentence • The sentence where you found the word • Dictionary form, inflections, and pronunciation Want a simpler example or a more precise translation? Ask the AI to rewrite the card, or edit it yourself. REMEMBER WHAT YOU LEARN Folioki schedules your reviews with spaced repetition, a method based on research into how memory works. Each word comes back when you're about to forget it. Every correct answer pushes the next review further out, and words you struggle with return sooner. Your review time goes to the words that need it. Reviews ask you to recall each word from memory. Recall takes more effort than recognition, and that effort is what makes words stick. You decide how many new words to learn each day and how firmly you want to remember them. One day, a word you saved turns up in a new text, and you read past it without stopping. PLANS Folioki is free to start, with about a dozen AI breakdowns a day. Plus gives you several times the daily limit and a stronger AI model. Premium raises the limit again and gives more thorough answers to your follow-up questions. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
