Purchased lifetime plan, doesn’t work

I purchased the lifetime access. I have tried at least 50 times to use the app, and it keeps asking me to upgrade to premium. When I click upgrade, it tells me I already did. Clicking on “restore purchase” does nothing. Usually just spins and spins and never restores. I deleted the app and re-installed it to see if that would work. No. Still the same. I’m the app, I click “contact us” and it is a dead link. Nothing happens. I would either like my money back or for the app to function properly as promised.

I paid for a premium subscription, was charged immediately, yet I gained no access to the “premium feature”. This is extremely fraudulent, and I am lucky I didn’t pay for a more expensive payment option.

It says free with in app purchases, but unless you purchase you can’t use the app. And after you cancel they will continue to charge you until you get the card turned off. Scam
