TALK IT THROUGH WITH CLARA
Clara is your voice-first goal tracker. Just tell her how your day went "I ran this morning but skipped the reading" and she logs your check-ins for you, hands-free. She's warm and encouraging, never naggy. Prefer to type or tap? You can do that too, every check-in works that way.

Speak with a coaching personality that matches how you like to be motivated gentle and supportive, or direct and no-nonsense. Your coach sends personal, in-context nudges that keep you consistent without the guilt trips.
A CHECK-IN STYLE FOR EVERY GOAL
Real goals aren't all the same, so GoalTracker gives each its own tracker:
• Red Light Green Light — one tap: did it, or didn't. For daily habits like "Meditate 10 min."
• Red Yellow Green — three states for messy days: great, okay, or struggled. Yellow keeps your streak alive.
• Count Down — count down to a quota each period, like "Run 3× this week."
• Min Counter — hit at least a minimum, like "Read 20 pages today."
• Max Counter — stay under a limit, like "Eat out ≤ 3× this week."
• Number Tracker — accumulate toward a target, like "Save $500 this month."
• Progress Tracker — move a project through named stages, like "Ship onboarding v2."
• Time Period in Review — pause and reflect on how a whole stretch actually went.
