Golf Group Admin runs the weekly game for golf groups, men's and ladies' leagues, and golf courses. One place for the schedule, the sign-ups, the teams, the scores and the money, so nobody needs a spreadsheet, a group text or a calculator in the parking lot.
SIGN UPS AND SCHEDULE
• Set up recurring rounds with tee times, weeks or months ahead.
• Players sign up or withdraw with a tap; sign-up windows open and close by themselves.
• See who's playing before you leave the house.
TEAMS AND PAIRINGS
• Draw balanced teams by handicap in one tap, or run a captain's draft.
• Every team shows its average handicap, so the draw is fair and everyone can see it.
LIVE SCORING
• Enter scores hole by hole on your phone, or keep a whole team's card.
• Totals, net scores and standings update as you play.
• Scores save as you go.
LEADERBOARDS AND MONEY
• Gross and net leaderboards, skins, points and best-ball formats.
• Entry fees, the skins pot, the group fund and prizes are worked out to the dollar.
• A season money list shows who's up the most.
• Golf Group Admin keeps the record. It never collects or moves money: members settle up with each other.
TOURNAMENTS AND TRIPS
• Tournaments over one round or several, for players or teams, with cuts between rounds.
• Prizes are placed and skins paid round by round, down to the hole each was won on.
• Match play brackets with divisions.
• Group trips over several days, each day with its own game, plus an overall and skins across the whole trip.
• Rained out? Call off a round or a whole tournament, and the group is told.
FOR EVERY GOLFER
• Look around a sample group before you join one.
• Join your group with the code or QR code your organizer sends.
• Pick your partner from a list of golfers when you enter a team event.
• Notifications for sign-ups, results and messages from your organizer.
PLANS
Playing is free: join groups, keep score, enter tournaments and see results. The Player Tier adds side bets, one-off matches, shot tracking, friends and your own reports. Organizers who run a group, and golf courses that run several, choose the Group Tier or the Course Tier.
No ads. We never sell your information. Delete your account at any time from the app.

Ratings & Reviews
Get the Player Tier right in the app: side bets, one-off matches, shot tracking, friends and your own reports. Choose yearly or monthly, buy it with your Apple ID, and restore it on any device. You can still subscribe on our website too.
