I’ve been playing this app for like seven months and saved up the entire time and redeemed the Gucci card holder. I was skeptical when it came time to actually submit the gift and wait for it to arrive but to my surprise Goss sent me a congratulations email and tracking info and it arrived in California in less than a week!! The gift included a receipt of $250 and had all the necessary pieces to show it is authentic Gucci. I am so in love with the card holder and can’t wait to play for more smaller items. I promise you this app is completely legit and for the people complaining that it’s too hard to win money and stars it isn’t, you just have to be patient and play every day! The app has to raise the costs as more people join the app, so instead of complaining about it just keep playing and you’ll eventually have enough to redeem any prize you want :)

This app is 100% legit! I love it! Who doesn’t want to bet on your favorite tv shows and pop culture? I’ll be honest, at first I was skeptical. However, I received my first two prizes from them and I was completely hooked. I saved my stars for over a year and finally cashed out to get FREE Fluff Yeah Ugh Slippers. The customer service with this app is insane! They always are so diligent to respond to you within 24 hours. Also, any suggestions for events, they always make it happen. Would recommend and have already hooked all my friends on it! Do yourself a favor and download!!!

Update:I understand that with an increase in people using the app, the “price” of prizes should rise a bit. However, it seems like an unfair hike in value. Take, for example, an item that cost 60 stars when I first downloaded the app might be valued at $10. Now (6 months after downloading) that same item costs up to 300stars. And it seemed to increase exponentially after every time I redeemed a prize. I personally think this is bad business move, and may lead to losing your users who usually love the app :(OLD REVIEW:I don’t normally write reviews, but for the sake of the person asking themselves whether or not this is worth the download, I totally will brag on this app. If you have an extra 10 min of your day to place a few bets using coins you win by opening the app, it’s worth it. I’ve redeemed for a Ouai leave in, a Paula’s Choice exfoliant, and just ordered a Frank Body scrub today. All for free, no shipping (fast btw) cost either.

He Cecil9918 - Yeah we're trying to address each and every user that has flagged this. As we aren't huge like candy crush, and as we don't charge the users anything at all for playing, we took a look at our losses in 2020 and we just can't afford to honour those prices. We are a small company and it wouldn't be feasible for us to operate at that rate. There is no formula for why prices has gone up, its not about how much a user wins, its based on our books and forecasting forward and not being able to make ends meet if we continue at this rate. We totally agree our biggest mistake was not notifying our users before we did this, and we are very sorry for that. As we launched in 2020 it was always a game of guess and check to see how each month shakes out and what our outgoing costs were. It's great to see you got some decent prizes and hope there is a little understanding knowing where we are coming from.

Fun, but bad new update

I’ve been really enjoying this app over the past few months. I would sign in daily and enjoy placing bets and have fun doing the little personality games. However, the new update has dampened my enjoyment a bit. It’s too clunky and visually unappealing. Before the recent update, it was nice and simple, and the soft pink throughout gave it a nice, cohesive appearance. Now, there’s way too many buttons, the bottom bar makes the end of the page difficult to read, the colours are jarring, and it takes away from the experience. It also is running slower too, and scrolling is lagging. Definitely not as user friendly, and it has deferred me away from my daily playing. I hope the app reverts back to an older version, as it was much simpler and much more enjoyable.
