Fixed detected bugs after the last big update.

The video tab has been updated. It was done in a completely new way. There is also support for videos from Vimeo and YouTube, you just need to copy the link to the clipboard and open it from the File menu. Fixed a bug with special characters in video files.

The Drag&Drop tab has been removed as unnecessary. Added a new option for displaying video files as a gallery. Added a context menu called by right-clicking on videos and images. Added the ability to immediately import the grabbed frames into the context menu called by right-clicking on the video. Minor bugs have been fixed and the operation of the application has been optimized.

There are options to exclude black and white colors from the frame palette. If the output color is not accurate, then you can select a color using a pipette. Added the ability to set the video range by timecode to capture screenshots. The barcode is created according to the range. This makes it possible to analyze an excerpt of a video file. Now the export is carried out in a separate folder with the name of the video file, so that the results of capturing the queue of video files are not mixed up. Added a button to close the barcode preview. Fixed frame count errors for progress.
