The Gratitude app is a carefully-designed self-care tool to help you focus on your mental health.
With a gratitude journal, affirmations, vision board, and daily motivation content, Gratitude provides you with all the tools and reminders you need to gain motivation and develop a healthy self-love routine in your life.
To live a happy and fulfilling life, it is important for us to have good mental health and a strong sense of self-love.
And, as the app is completely private, you can always be assured that your precious journal entries, affirmations, and vision board are for your eyes only.
Here are the tools that you will find in the Gratitude app:
1. GRATITUDE JOURNAL
A gratitude journal or diary opens up your eyes to reflect on all the little blessings in your life.
In daily life, we can lose sight of what we are fortunate to have and by keeping a journal you can slowly and steadily shift your perspective to focus on what is good in your life.
The Gratitude app will send you reminders with prompts to help you build the habit of journaling.
You can also add photos to your journal entries and can record journals in your voice, build a gratitude journal streak, and access hundreds of journal prompts.
2. POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS
If you’ve heard about manifestation or the law of attraction, you’ve probably heard about affirmations.
Positive daily affirmations change our self-talk to focus on more loving and kind thoughts towards ourselves.
They give us the motivation we need to keep moving forward and believe in ourselves.
The Gratitude app has hundreds of affirmations that you can listen to or read, as per your need.
You can also write your own affirmations, add music, and record your voice to them.
Positive affirmations are a dearly loved tool and with this affirmations app, it is very easy for you to practice them.
3. CREATE VISION BOARDS
Another super popular manifestation tool is a vision board, also called a dream board. The vision board serves as a collage of your dreams and goals in the form of photos, quotes, and affirmations.
In the Gratitude app, we’ll help you make a great vision board using sections, goal ideas, and create a video of all your goals together with music. You can also make multiple vision boards!
4. DAILY ZEN
We understand the need for motivation and inspiration as you build a healthy routine with these self-help tools, which is why Daily Zen is an important part of the app.
Here, you will find gratitude quotes, motivation quotes, thought switch ideas, thank you cards, affirmations, blog articles, and real-life stories of people who changed their mindset with gratitude.
5. MINDFUL MINUTES
We define the Mindful minutes as the time that you spend in the Gratitude app. You can view the mindful minutes under 'All Health Data' section in the Health app provided by Apple. Currently, the app does not read any data from the health app. We don't write any data in the health app without your consent. You can turn on the mindful minutes from the profile & settings in the Gratitude app.

This is one of the very few apps that I have been able to use consistently. It is a practical app that fits in my life. When I have time that I specify as time just to sit- mostly alone (maybe an 8 year old close by)- and think or plan my day or unwind- rather than social media- it is more satisfying for me to listen to my curated affirmations. Or do a journal prompt. The amazing thing is- my life was in a transition period. Failed marriage (and then failed relationship and then a struggling relationship), failed business, teenagers making poor choices- it was easy to let negativity take over. And it did for a while. But I made a decision to turn my life around. And to try again. I came to know about energy and had heard a lot about gratitude and positivity. I did do some on my own and I life started to change. Then I found the app. It was so helpful in giving me a layout. Something to follow- a plan. And my life completely turned around! My struggling relationship is going to make it. We just purchased a home together. My teenagers are here and thriving and on the right path- one any mother would be proud of. My 8 year old is happy and brings me immense joy. My financial situation is a complete turnaround. I changed career industries and own my own company again. I have freedom to raise my kids and be here for them. This is probably the most important $35 I spend a year
Most worthwhile app out there

I have been using the gratitude app for years now and I truly think it’s the best app out there. It offers you journal space where you can also be given prompts if you need. There is an affirmation section where you can choose the category that you need to hear. The new update allows you to continue hearing the music even after the affirmations are finished, so you can sit in silence and meditate on what you just heard. Then the next section is uplifting quotes of the day, thank you notes to send to a friend, and articles written by others who have changed their lives in some way using gratitude. There is further education in this section as well should you seek more challenges. The final section is the digital vision board that you can customize for yourself and watch it like a little video every day. Working through this app and then doing a little exercise on your own encompasses all six activities that many successful people do on a daily basis according to Hal Elrod, author of The Miracle Morning. He calls them life S.A.V.E.R.S. They stand for silence, affirmations, visualization, exercise, read, and scribe. In just one app, you can fulfill five out of the six to have a wonderful morning routine.
Grateful for this app!!

My therapist had recommended The Skin Deep And___ cards at the end of last year for me to use as a way to ask myself and others deeper questions. I had looked into it, but didn’t want to spend money on prompts I could probably find for free online, so I started looking up prompt apps and the Gratitude app showed up. I decided to download it right at the start of the new year and noticed they had a New Years challenge which I gladly joined. I tend to struggle to have an attitude of gratitude, and I felt I kind of mindlessly wrote the first few prompts, but now since I’ve been on the app for a little over a month, I feel I’ve developed a habit of daily gratitude practice and I can say I very much appreciate this app and how it’s helping my mindset. There are endless amount of prompts and sometimes I’ll answer multiple a day. This app really helps me put my life in perspective. I especially like the Daily Zen feature. I love the quotes they share, reading people’s stories and the Instead of thinking this, think this feature. The whole app is very well curated and thoughtful of the user experience. I love the app! Please don’t change !!

Extremely glitchy

I really wanted to like this app, but there are too many bugs/glitches that make it annoying. For starters, when you create your own affirmations folder and record your voice for those affirmations, only one of them will play when you play them back. And it’s always the same one. So if you have 10 affirmations and you’ve recorded the voice on all 10 of them, only one of them will play the voice back. Even though the voice shows it’s recorded, you’ll only hear the voice of one of them. On other affirmations during playback, and this doesn’t happen on all of them, but on some of them, the voice stutters at the beginning of each affirmation like there was a glitch in the playback. On other affirmations the saying or quotes are too long for the voice to complete the affirmation and it’s cut off. So you have to manually go in and adjust the length of the affirmation. This shouldn’t even be a thing. The price of the app is too expensive for what you get. You’re getting the same 10 or so affirmations within each group. They don’t change. So it’s just the same thing every single day compared to other apps where there’s hundreds of affirmations and they’re updated all the time. At best this is worth a one time $5 charge. It’s definitely not worth the cost they are charging.
