This is so good! Yeah, they’re still our flaws but imagine what this is gonna be like in a few more years. Not every video has a flaw at all if you know how to explain what you really want to see. Sometimes it does still mess up, but that’s OK. To only charge 25 tokens per video in the free trial is amazing. Can’t wait till you actually add voice and music to your videos. This will be the top notch one eventually.

I create all my long form videos on iPad Pro. I’ve been a longtime user of Hailuo, I used another company that’s a reseller with lots of options, and when I need my AI creation to be near perfect and cost-effective, I chose Hailuo 95% of the time. So, I just signed up for a pro subscription with Hailuo to cut out the middleman. I use the web site application., and decided to try the app. I was pretty shocked to see the iPad version of this app not a landscape orientation application. I would venture to guess almost every content creator who creates on iPad Pro does so in landscape orientation. I will continue using the Hailuo website application, but not the app. Once you add landscape, I will return and give that extra star. 5 star for the product, 3 star for the app not in landscape = 4 stars.

Good app but also disappointing

After running out of credits, I purchased more for $9.99 and I did not get my credits to my account tried reaching Support been unsuccessful because you have to email them which they have not responded. And another thing about creating videos is if the video is wrong and not as you described it to me, it makes you re-create it all overtaking your credits not letting you go back into the video and editing it. Therefore you run out of credits fast, but I didn’t even get the credits that I paid for you guys need to fix your app because that’s not right. And I need my credits.

App is cool and does what's needed but please don't purchase any subscriptions. I purchased the basic option ($10) to just try out the app with a little more freedom and since it was being promised that watermarks would be removed + Also wanted longer videos. Was also stated that videos would load faster. Long story short, $10 gone, Videos seem like they load even slower, and they kept the watermark, except now, the watermark moves onto the video. Apparently, to have longer videos I have to spend $199 monthly for a 4 second longer video. Like literally what did I even pay for...?
