This program surpasses the other three I have tried.

Immediately I was put at ease because I read that there was not going to be Far Eastern dogma. As a Christian I want to follow Christ. I understand where these teachings originated and how helpful they can be but this program doesn’t pull me back to that mindset. It is fresh and new and references my life style. It is straightforward and tells me why I am doing what I’m doing, while encouraging me to maintain an atmosphere of order and calm. The speakers voices are very clear, direct and confident. The diction is excellent and they are easily understood. I am hearing impaired.
Early this morning when something was troubling me I was able to go back to my lessons and achieve a level of calm that I have never experienced before under other programs and classes and fell back asleep. I’ve been practicing mindfulness for almost two years and my counselor has been perplexed because she couldn’t understand why I was still struggling in areas that mindfulness should have eliminated. Then you showed up and Wallah! I am looking forward to connecting with Headspace every single day! I can sense the difference it’s making. Dreaded projects are under control. Pain is managed effectively. My smile is returning. You are doing a great job and I am pleased to be under your tutelage.

This is exactly what I needed

So, I’ve been wanting to meditate for a really long time. Years even. I am *not* a self-starter when it comes to self care. I can have good intentions for years, that never come to fruition. That’s when I found Headspace. I had actually seen it advertised in a couple of places - Groupon, for one... but also as a part of a package deal for January with one of the barre fitness companies. I was about to pull the trigger on the barre one (even though, let’s be honest... I would have probably never done the barre workouts, and it would have been a waste of money), when I noticed that my life insurance company gives me points for meditating. Not only that, but they actually give me a complimentary year’s subscription to Headspace. Wait, now it’s FREE? And it gets me points towards lowering my life insurance premium? I was in shock. So, I downloaded the Headspace app, and this gal who is bad at being consistent with any form of self care is now meditating on the regular. I absolutely LOVE how easy it is to use Headspace. I’m still in the beginner series, but all I do is open the app. I push play. I sit, and voila! Ten minutes later I feel so centered, and grateful that someone made an app for people like me who need that extra push in the right direction. Thank you, Headspace, for giving me that push.
