헬프유 원격지원(HelpU)은 실시간 원격제어 기술을 이용하여, 상담원이 고객의 아이폰/아이패드 화면을 직접 보면서 문제를 해결할 수 있는 서비스 입니다.
고객이 A/S센터를 직접 방문하지 않아도 원격으로 간단하고 빠르게 모바일 원격지원 서비스를 받아보실 수 있습니다.
[사용방법]
1. 앱스토어에서 ‘헬프유 원격지원’을 검색하여 설치 및 실행합니다.
2. 상담원에게 안내받은 6자리 원격인증암호를 입력합니다.
3. 상담원이 고객 아이폰/아이패드 단말에 접속하여 원격지원을 시작합니다.
4. 원격지원 완료 후 종료합니다.
