You can now add the iPad device ID into HMS via the Signature app if the device ID isn't already available. When the property default option "Registration Card Required for Check-In" is enabled, the Signature App will update the print count of the registration card report upon signing and submitting. On the Guest Detail screen, by default, you can now view three additional fields: Date of Birth, Reason for Stay, and Phone Number. Additionally, the user can add more fields from the Signature App Configuration screen. You can change the field attribute, sort, and rename any field on the Guest Details screen. HMS Guest Signature Capture 3.8.4.2 release Guest profile opt-ins can be configured via a parameter to always appear on the guest signature app regardless if they have previously been selected on the guest profile. The I agree & Submit button will now add the signature, clicking add signature first is no longer required.
