HOW IT WORKS
Connect your Steamworks partner API key. Honoo figures out where each game is in its lifecycle and changes what it shows.
While you're building the page, you see wishlist velocity and projection at launch. Closer to release, the countdown and your goal gap take over. During the first 28 days, it's revenue, conversion, refund rate, and review score. Six months in, monthly revenue, concurrent players, and when to queue your next discount.
The metrics that don't matter for your current stage stay out of view. You don't pick or configure anything.
WHAT IT TELLS YOU
Most analytics tools show you a chart and leave you to figure it out. Honoo also tells you what's happening, why it matters for the stage you're in, and what to do about it.
Say your wishlist velocity is slowing down. You'll see by how much, how it compares to similar games at your genre and price point, and a suggested next step. That might be revisiting your goal projection, or queuing a sale window.
Explorer (free) shows today's top insight in full, with its interpretation and suggested action. Indie opens the rest of the feed, the Timeline trajectory chart, projections, goal tracking, and Discord delivery.
COHORT BENCHMARKING
See how your game compares to similar titles by genre and price point. You get the median, the top quartile, and a confidence chip that tells you whether the comparison is modelled or based on real samples.
Cohort data comes from opted-in developers, aggregated with k-anonymity of 10 or more. No individual game is exposed.
PRIVACY
Your Steam API key lives in the iOS Keychain. It never touches our servers. Steam sends your financial data directly to your phone, where it's processed locally.
No analytics SDKs, crash reporters, ad trackers, or cross-app tracking.
What we do receive: your Apple sign-in ID, the public App IDs you track, and your cohort contributions if you opt in. That's the full list.
