Hound-Up is the uncomplicated app built for solo UK dog walkers — schedule walks and sits, log notes, and send invoices, all as simple and as straightforward as possible.
CLIENT & DOG PROFILES
Keep every dog's age, breed, temperament, diet and medical notes in one place, alongside emergency contacts, vet details and entry instructions for each home (lockbox codes, alarm codes, and more).
SCHEDULING THAT WORKS THE WAY YOU DO
Set up recurring walks — every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, or alternate weeks — or add one-off walks and boarding sits in seconds. A clean calendar view shows your day and week at a glance, with every upcoming booking ready to go.
LOG A WALK IN UNDER 10 SECONDS
Record walks live with GPS tracking or log records when you get back — solo or as a group. Pick a time, add a quick note on how the dog got on, and move to the next one. You can even dictate notes for when typing is a hassle.
YOUR LEDGER, SORTED AUTOMATICALLY
Every completed walk or sit is added to that client's ledger automatically, billed at the right rate. Review what's owed at a glance, then send invoices individually or all at once — by email or WhatsApp — and mark them as paid when the money lands.
BUILT TO WORK OFFLINE
Sign in once, and Hound-Up works fully offline from then on — a black spot on a rural walk never gets in the way of logging your day. Signing in also keeps your client data safely backed up, even if this phone is lost or replaced.
AUTOPILOT (OPTIONAL)
Want it to keep working while you don't? Autopilot (£9.99/month) removes the 10-client cap, adds your own booking website with live availability, and runs your overdue-invoice reminders and calendar feed automatically in the background — even with the app closed. (Automatic backup and paid-invoice notifications are already free for everyone, with or without Autopilot.)
