Kept trying to get it to work by purchasing the only pay option multiple times. It never worked but kept accepting repayment. This scammer is getting rich off us!

I honestly don’t know how this app is on the App Store. It only is it among the most intrusive apps I’ve ever seen, asking for access to EVERYTHING: personal data, location data, local network access. The app also doesn’t offer any functionality until you make an in-app purchase. AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS.

Dear, smart light bulbs is new and if you fail for the first time, it is a common issue due to the fact that our app need to remove the bulb from previous binding. This process might take a few times to get the bulb to work correctly. If you fail for the first time, please try again at least 3, 4 times then the issue will be resolved.

Didn’t connect to Tuya Garden light

This app advertises that it connects to Tuya devices but it could not connect to the garden lights. Had to waste $6 on the subscription to even attempt, I would steer clear of this app!

In this build, we have made several improvements: 1. We match colors across four dimensions: coziness, liveliness, detachment, and tenseness, as described in our app description. 2. We have revised our connection instructions based on user feedback to make them clearer and easier to understand. 3. For users who expressed concerns about the inability to create schedules to turn lights on or off, this feature is now available. 4. We’ve enhanced the music sync feature, allowing you to select specific lights or areas to sync, rather than affecting the entire house. Please note: In preparation for the upcoming feature to manage multiple houses, you may experience some data loss, including areas that have been created and lights assigned to those areas. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your feedback as we continue to enhance your experience!
