WHY IT WORKS
Unlike messaging apps that parents can check, or apps that look suspicious on your phone, HushPic hides messages in regular photos. You can share them anywhere—even post them publicly—and
nobody knows there's anything hidden unless they check with HushPic.
The photos look identical. Even if someone examines them closely, they'll see nothing unusual.
ACTUALLY PRIVATE
Most "private" apps still upload your data or require accounts. Not HushPic:
• No data collection (for real)
• No servers—everything on your phone
• No tracking or analytics
• Can't recover forgotten passwords (we never see them)
• Messages only exist on your device until you share
Even we can't read your messages. That's how privacy should work.
IMPORTANT NOTES

SECURITY DETAILS
For the technically curious:
• Uses Apple's CryptoKit (same encryption as iMessage)
• AES-256 and ChaCha20-Poly1305 encryption
• PBKDF2 key derivation for passwords (100,000 iterations)
• Steganography via EXIF metadata
• All processing happens locally
