Works great on iPhone and Apple tablet zero buffering to speak of tried it on my Roku TV when you press the favorites and go to the channel but no picture just black only audio I text them on help at WhatsApp they say they’re working on it with a update soon haven’t got one yet. Hope they fix it five out of five with Apple not so much with Roku maybe they’ll fix it I hope it’s been like a month. They know the problem exist because they told me so but yet they haven’t fixed it. Why not it’s been over a month

I paid for it around 2024 December work without to much issues than a year later it hasnt been loading in and i keeps saying failed to authenticate. I contacted support multiple times to ask for help no reply back. I than tried reseting my network, redownloading app and other things still same thing. I switch to the us version to see if it works there using the free trial and it does. I than was going to pay for this one but when i go to there website my ip and network is blocked. They dont have a customer service and are scamming people after a year of service. I would recommend this but with lack of help and being sketchy like this I don’t know if i can anymore.

quest for Favourite Groups Feature

The app provides the option to add individual movies and shows to favourites, which is useful. However, there is currently no option to favourite entire groups such as movie channels (e.g., English 2025, Telugu 2025) or series categories like SonyLiv and HBO. Introducing the ability to favourite these groups would significantly improve usability by reducing the need for constant scrolling and allowing quicker access to frequently watched content. Considering this is a paid app, such a feature feels essential for delivering a smoother and more user-friendly experience.
