Solitaire Cruel is a quick,simple card game. The goal is to move all the cards to the foundations in ascending order by suit. You can only grab one card at a time and move it from one tableau pile to another in descending order by suit. When a tabluea pile is empty, you cannot move new cards there. By clicking the empty stock pile at the upper left, you can collect and redeal the cards in the tableau. The cards will not be shuffled,but will be placed back into the tableau in piles of 4 until no more cards are left. You can do this as many times as you want.

The content of the card stacks being visible to the player destroys the enjoyment of the Microsoft Entertainment Pack original. If I can see what cards are in the stack it basically feels like cheating and kills the challenge.

Card size is fine on an iPad mini. I like this version because it doesn’t play the game for you. Another app I had of this game played the cards for you. This game makes you plan your moves ahead.
