Due to the demanding physics model, scenario and graphics, we had to cut support for older devices, this allowed us to build RC Plane 3 with a long lifespan in mind.
So the minimum requirements are:
iPhone 5, iPad Mini Retina, iPad 4, iPod Touch 6th gen.
Sometimes your device might have many other apps running in background. If you are experiencing crashes, restart your device for much better performances.
as said before its still good, but some things are bugging, for example, F-141 XL is hard to control, and becomes uncontrollable shortly after you put down the flaps in flight, the F-181 dark angel cant be unlocked for some reason (for me anyway) and maybe some others im forgetting. that is really all i can find currently, might find more when i make more in app purchases soon, but the game needs to be updated anyway, it hasn’t been for 3 YEARS at time of writing this at about 7:24 PM PST on December 24, 2021. thanks to the devs, merry christmas and happy new year. -red_dedit from 2025, man the years went away and the world went to heck… anyway i tried to purchase the flying dorito and the purchase went through on the system, but not the game, i came into the reviews to see if anyone else had this problem and yes they did, if you are debating getting this game, i advise wait or just dont unless you wanna just play free with the small available selection
Great game but one major bug

In my years playing the RC plane games like RC plane 2 and other ones like that I have loved the games to this day I still play RC plane 2 I love it! it’s a great game then one day I was looking through the App Store and I saw RC plane 3 and I was like “wait there’s a third one? Cool! I’m gonna download it!” And I did and at first I thought it was better than RC plane 2 because there were tons more planes and they gave you the option to paint it a different color which I thought was awesome and the mechanics were a lot smoother and I played the game for weeks then one day it gave me the option to play on the canyon map which you had to buy and I was like “wait I can play on the canyon map? Sweet! This is gonna be fun!” but when I chose the map and was doing the other things you have to choose to get the game started up and it was on the loading screen right when it was about to finish loading an add popped up and I was like “wait adds aren’t supposed to play when it loads something is wrong here” then when the add was done and it finished loading I went to take off my plane was flying on its own it was trying to roll to the left and not pulling up and doing the opposite of what I wanted. If you hear this Frozen Pepper please fix this app and I will give a better review thank you in advance.

This sim is absolutely AMAZING! I get lost in time just flying in free flight over the most beautiful terrains ever. They pay the closest attention to detail and there are so many cool easter eggs in the maps. I love how the time and daylight changes along with the local one!! It’s so realistic and the visuals are stunning. There are in-app purchases for more plane and terrain options if you want more. But the number one thing I love is the detail. Things have texture and beautiful lighting. Posters have legible words. It’s like another world that I enter! It’s sooo peaceful especially when I turn off the music and just listen to the birds and wind as I fly the plane.I wish you guys can continue to update and add more cool features! That’d be great. 10/10, I love it!

Below is my first review. I need to change that due to all of the sudden I can’t purchase anything in the app and can’t get the planes back that i purchased before i made an official account which is my fault. I really wish that was fixed to where i can purchase more planes because the app is very fun. I love this game. For an RC simulator game this is the best by far. Many different games in it with different levels of difficulty make it fun for beginners and players who have more experience. I would definitely recommend this game.
