It’s a very helpful and extremely easy app to use, best of all you can have interaction and communication with the other person. It is very simple and easy. The only thing is that someone people may tend to create scams but that’s not the apps fault, just be careful. Because the platform is extremely good and helps.

Terrible Update

(Review based on most recent update)The new update is horrible and super glitchy. Firstly, the apartment requests and chats were merged into the same tab and it’s really difficult to navigate and organize. I need to go into each individual chat to archive it (instead of swiping left to open the chat menu) with no option to delete it altogether. Often when I select to archive a chat, it still shows up on the messages tab, and sometimes I’ll select one chat, but it opens a different one. I also can’t seem to find the archived messages section, so I’ve lost some chats I wanted to keep. The app also shows that I have notifications, but when I open it there are none. Hopefully you guys can iron out these issues and release another update soon. The previous version was great!

Please please! Don't waste your time downloading this app or trying to use it. I thought it was a legitimate business and gave it a chance even though it was a new company. Everyone that messaged me were all scammers and literally wanted me to send them money before I could even visit the apartment. I reported it but the colony honestly doesn't verify their users. I'm completely disgusted, especially since atleast two male housing agents both asked me to come down to their office in suggestive ways or maybe even dangerous ways, making rude jokes and sexual innuendo. Disgusted. Delete delete delete

Hi Ray - We do so many daily actions and checks regarding security, including a machine learning system that detects a big percentage of suspicious accounts. Also, our team checks all the received reports and we make enquiries on users that we think they may be scammers. When we detect one, we immediately block them. We do this every day.

Chat notifications are not working

I want to like this app but for some reason the chat notifications are not working. I receive nothing when landlords reach out to me. I’ve already missed out on 2 apartments because I did not know I had received a message until it was too late!
