We've enhanced the Shift Offers feature! Now, when using Open Shifts, employees can offer their own shifts to others if they're unable to work them. Teammates can claim these shifts—with manager approval—making it easier to manage last-minute changes.

New Feature: Time Off Hours Breakdown When submitting a time off request, employees now see their average working day and estimated time off hours. Tapping the info icon explains how it's calculated, giving more clarity and confidence around leave.

New Feature: Open Shifts Managers can now post open shifts directly to the schedule, allowing employees to claim available shifts in real time. Once claimed, managers can review and approve the requests with ease. This feature directly reduces scheduling gaps, boosts team morale, and gives employees more flexibility to pick up extra hours - all with less admin time for managers.

Weekly Scheduled Hours: Employees can now see their total scheduled hours per week directly within the schedule—no more manual calculations needed. Self-Serve Profile Enhancements: We've added PPS and National Insurance Number fields to the self-serve profile creation flow. 403 Error Resolved: Fixed an issue where some users encountered a 403 error when accessing certain parts of the app.
