The app still has glitches. I was unable to transact on PesaLink during the Christmas holidays. I called in to customer care at which point I was asked to delete the app and download it fresh. I went ahead and did so on the 02nd of January 2020 but PesaLink still does not go through. Both myself and the recipient have set up PesaLink on our accounts. I’m also having difficulty sending an RTGS from the mobile app. Very inconvenient!

Multiple Dysfunctions with this App

I cannot be able to send cash to myself even though I’ve registered and logged in to the app. This is inconvenient as one can easily make a mistake and send to wrong number. The app doesn’t verify when you install it, it’s quite problematic, it has wasted my time and the customer care associates are of no help they just keep telling you to delete and reinstall the app which doesn’t help at all. For mobile banking services to work you need to develop a better app and make sure it suits client needs. I’m thinking of closing my accounts because of this inconvenience
