With all the various types of harrowing investments in interview technology and seamless flows of information going in and out of companies this technology for interview processes I believe will make it 10 times easier for people to get hired because they don’t have any hassle they have to worry about other than there day to day action’s.!

I have used this app in the past for previous employers and it worked absolutely fine but recently I’ve been trying to move to a different position and I still have to go through the same interview process so I had to use this app to interview for the position. The second time around I had to use this app has been absolutely horrendous I have tried everything under the sun including making sure that my phone was up-to-date and clearing cache deleting and re-downloading the app, restarting my phone and nothing works. I don’t have a computer so doing it that way won’t help right now and when I tried contacting support they told me to do what I already told them I did. Which made me feel like I wasn’t even heard or like as if they didn’t even read the ticket I submitted to support. My microphone works absolutely fine on other apps this is the only app it’s not working and I would hate to lose an opportunity all because this app doesn't work. I hope my company chooses a different company to run the interviews soon. This is asinine

When you first launch this app you have to go through a bunch of hardware checking steps one of them being with your camera in the one being with your microphone. Personally I found it that the recording your microphone was very annoying to complete; I feel like my phone has a perfectly good microphone and I had to basically eat my microphone for it to pass the test. Maybe I was talking too fast or something of the sort, but it felt very tedious. other than that I have no complaints a very well done app and I would recommend this to others.

Since Covid, we have all probably gotten some experience with app or websites for remote/video interviews. After using several, this is without a doubt the worst for one major reason: it freezes in the middle of answering a question. I had to force the app to close and then reopen it. Fortunately, I had the ability to record my answers again, which in some cases I had to do 7 or 8 times per question. What should have been a 10 minute interview turned into over an hour. I tried multiple troubleshooting steps on my end with no results. The app kept freezing. If you’re someone seeking a job, you won’t get much of a choice whether or not you have to use this. My sympathies if you do. If you are a business considering whether or not to use this product, simply avoid it. It turned what should have been a positive interview into one of the worst interview experiences in my life.Edit: finally made it through the interview after about two hours and the app did not upload any of my responses.If you are an employer, STOP USING THIS APP UNTIL THESE PROBLEMS ARE RESOLVED. In its current state, it is functionally broken.
