Admin Ability Broken

The promise of this App is pretty great, and what I have gotten it to do so far has been exactly what I need.BUT, when the senior requests help, and the care giver accepts the request, it works until you exit and relaunch. If you exit the program, admin access to the senior’s device is gone. The only way that the senior can give it back is to remove the request and then request remote help again. Can’t wait until it works all the way through.

Keeps crashing when I touch settings

I was so excited about this app- but there are just so many issues. The biggest one is that I can't even get into my settings on the phone app to add apps or do anything at all! It just crashes and disappears. What a great concept! Come on, fix this!!! Thanks!
