An important part of my daily workflow
bcoday
I use this app much more than I originally thought that I would. I initially purchased it for a single work-related situation where I found myself copying and pasting repetivively and wasting a lot of time. It worked pefectly for that project. But now, I’m using it all the time. My only complaint would be that the hot keys don’t work that well on my mac. It could be a conflict with other keyboard shortcut extensions that I’m also using but I can’t use the Command-X shortcuts at all. Regardless, it stills works well and saves me a lot of time throughout my entire day.
Updated - I rely on this app daily and love it

Update - They added the ability to clear clips from the initial “gear” menu! I’d say this app is perfect for me now, I love it and rely on it daily. Thank you developers! Absolutely love this app, and have been using it for years. I use it daily, and it has become a critical part of my workflow over the years. The only thing I can think of that could improve, for me at least, is a simpler way for clearing saved clips. I frequently clear my clips, as my usage is project-based. It currently takes 6 clicks through a series of menus to clear all clips, and it would be nice if that function was available as part of the initial drop-down menu.
Developer Response
Thank you for your review. Based on your feedback, we have added the ability to select multiple rows of snippets in CopyClip 2 by holding down the CMD key. You can then delete them in one go :) Please write in to our support so we can discuss options for your use case!
Consistently Misses Copies

I purchased the full version added the helper so it would automatically paste into windows. Relatively satisfied with the result, however it frequently misses copies when copying multiple entries in a row and I have to go back and re-copy it again to show in the history. Also not sure what the purpose of the ctrl shift space history is vs the ctrl space history -- but I find it annoying that the enter key doesn't select on the ctrl space history but there is limited history/search capability on the ctrl shift space history. Also the ctrl space window shows up in a random spot on the screen, but the ctrl shift space history is always next to the input (expected imo). Seems like a unified approach would be better.
Great Time Saver

With built in copy/paste there isn’t a way to keep the copied item for later use (that I know of). This app will keep copied items for ever unless you personally delete them from the app. I find I go back to the app for copied items on a regular basis. The more I use it the better I like it. If you need to copy more than one item on a page you can copy everything you need at one time then select from Copy Clip what goes where and paste from Copy Clip. There used to be an application on computers called Clip Board it was useful the same way, guess it got lost in some upgrade. So glad Copy Clip filled the void.
New:
- Added "Delete All Clips Except Pinned" to the right-click menu for quick access
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where the "Paste Directly" setting would re-enable itself after restarting the app, even if manually turned off
- Fixed empty rows appearing in search results after deleting clips
