MONTHLY PLANS THAT SAVE YOU MORE
Book a monthly plan instead of one-off visits and save 5–20% depending on total hours. With a Fix Plan you set the days of the week, the start time and the duration once, and your visits are scheduled automatically — with the same helper each time. You can pause auto-renewal at any time, with no cut-off date.
PAY YOUR WAY
Pay by credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express) or in cash. Card details are tokenised by our payment provider — full card numbers are never stored by Ayasan.
POINTS AND REFERRALS
Earn 1 point for every 10 THB you spend, and redeem points as a straight 1 point = 1 THB discount on your next booking. Points are valid for 12 months. Invite a friend with your referral code and you both receive bonus points once they complete their first booking.

STAY IN CONTROL
Track upcoming and past bookings, reschedule or cancel, add special requests after booking, rate your helper with stars and a comment, and re-order a past booking in one tap. Push notifications keep you updated when your booking is matched, on the way and completed.

I was in the hospital for a couple days and canceled because I thought I could reschedule with no problems. When I tried to reschedule on Line, they sent me the following message:“We would like to inform customers that our system is that if a customer makes a reservation and then cancels, they will not be able to use that reservation again. In addition, if a customer wants a new service, they must make a new booking.”They basically want me to go to the app and pay again, even though I just wanted to reschedule. I ended up messaging their staff online for about 20 minutes and couldn’t resolve the issue. I am just giving up and going to use a different app instead.
What's new in this update.
• Monthly plan. New subscriptions renew automatically (turn off in Account > My Subscriptions). Discount codes can be used at payment for the first month.
• AC Cleaning goes straight to payment after the address.
• Book again from a helper's profile picks the same helper. Reorder and Reschedule keep the original service.
• Icon and layout fixes, incl. Same Helper badge, promotions on Android and Special Request on iPad.
