- How come the employer patient in the central region can’t book dentist appointment yet it’s allowed for his/her dependents/family to book appointment for themselves! - Why there’s no Face/Finger print option for signing in instead of waiting for the verification number to be sent to the phone; sometimes it doesn’t come in on time or doesn’t come in at all! This method of user login verification is old fashioned and not user friendly by any means!- Why there’s no option for sending a refill request to Drs for controlled medications! Instead of people traveling to the city where they get treatment every month it’s daunting!- Why there’s no notification for the results when diagnostic test is done whether it was a lab/radiology..etc tests?!- why when trying to get the date for each medication when it’s filled, it only displays when it was LAST prescribed! What if i wanted to know date for each time a medication was prescribed; that can’t be achieved when choosing the day then it lists the medications prescribed that day because when you go for a specific day it lists medications but then under the medication it displays the last time it was prescribed! That doesn’t make any sense and is annoying to be honest! - Any chance of creating controlled medications refills requests (Pain Management clinic or Psychiatry Clinic, e.g.) to be sent electronically to drs then dr prescribe it into the system then it get refilled by pharmacy shipped by NGHA to another NGHA Hospital in the city where patients w/ chronic conditions live and the patient ID verification for controlled medications disposed takes place in this NGHA hospital in the patients city! It would be of great help to those w/ ailing chronic conditions to save ‘em time/money/energy to travel to the hospital where patient has their meds at every month!!

I have been having difficulty to access the app. to check lab tests and appointments. It has been un functional for more than five months now ! It shows ( under repair ) every time I try to open it ! Thank you
