I’ve used this app for a couple of years…loved it and had NO issues. Go to order today & my account is completely gone. I never had to log in previously - it always defaulted to my account It does not recognize my email address when I attempt to log back in or ask for password reset. And honestly….if that is not how my account was set up, I have no clue what it was & how to regain access.

Food never arrived

Freshii offers good food, but the app really pulled a fast one on me. I thought it would be better to order directly from the Freshii app, then UberEats or Door Dash (go straight to the source, and hopefully help Freshii make more money by cutting out the middle man). I ordered for delivery, the app charges for the food and delivery, and it sends appropriate notifications (order accepted, etc). App then sends an “order delivered,” notification. I wait and wait. No order. Nothing. I call the store, and am told the order is sitting right here, and that I need to contact Door Dash or whoever was supposed to deliver the order. But I didn’t order through Door Dash… Employee essentially shrugs; not my problem… So I’m basically told to pay more for the delivery and to figure it out myself. I ask for a refund. Says he can’t give me a refund, I have to get it through the app. Can I speak to a manager? There is no manager.I try to get help through the app by submitting a ticket. No response. Update: I get a notification the next day from the app. The next day! They apologize that my food never arrived, and they like to allow their franchise to own up to errors and provide the refund themselves. “Here’s the store email and phone number.” Good luck. Basically: “Get the refund yourself!” I couldn’t believe it. But wait this is contrary to the employee saying he can’t give me a refund, that I have to get it through the app! Talk about misinformation. And can you believe the, “DIY” attitude as regards to not only the refund, but figuring out the delivery.They finally refunded me after multiple messages and headache. The lesson here is do not use individual store apps for food deliveries. They don’t have the level of support and experience that established apps like Door Dash and UberEats have.

Missing items and wrong wraps

Love this place and the old “Tex Mex” (that has chicken) wrap. I was told before to order “Sesame Crunch Roll (that has chicken) AS Tex Mex” to get it off menu. I have done this 3 times since I was told this and turned out fine. Tonight, we got the Steak Texas wrap and was not the “Tex Mex”. In addition we ordered 2 of the OG Energy Bites for snack tomorrow morning for camp we received 1. We still love this place but pretty hangry when the meal was wrong and kiddos have to split these amazing snacks. Still delicious. We will still be back!

I ate at my first Freshii in New Brunswick, NJ, USA, 14 days ago. I have been back 10 times since!!! It is an amazing concept, good clean food/healthy eating-for healthy living. Great staff and Owners. Always are courteous, fast, and the food is just “on-point.” The decor is very cool. For modern effect; neat lines; very new nuanced, but welcoming.If I had the extra money now, I would open a franchise-hands down. This is no B.S. (or MSG)!Enjoy the App-the. Enjoy the food.
