Anesthesia calcは全身麻酔の診療報酬点数を計算するアプリケーションです。 レセプト時の診療報酬点数の算定や、麻酔科医自身が麻酔料金を計算する際に利用頂けます。 少ない操作で計算結果に辿り着くために数字の直接入力操作を無くし、計算結果はclearアイコンを押すか個別削除をしないと入力値やスコアが残るため、複数症例の計算時には時刻や項目を移動させるだけでも計算が可能です。 【利用方法】 (操作毎に計算結果が表示されます) (1)全身麻酔時刻を設定して下さい。 (2)腹腔鏡、分離肺換気、低体温人工心肺などの加算がある場合はaddから項目と時刻を設定して下さい。 (3)時間外や休日、深夜加算がある場合は特別加算から項目を設定します。 (4)設定時間の変更は項目タブをドラッグで0,1,30,31分単位の移動、又はダブルクリックによる時刻設定で変更が可能です。 (5)左上にある%アイコンは計算結果のスコアを100%,80%,60%に変換します。給与計算などにご利用下さい。 (6)右上にあるMemoは重症加算の項目説明等を記載しました。 不具合や質問、改善の要望は開発元anesthlink@gmail.comまでご連絡下さい。
