I have never seen such a poorly developed application in my life! It is truly a total disaster, it is full of endless bugs. And the worst part is that after a week of use, I am simply unable to connect to the server. It's unacceptable! And let's not even talk about the support service, which is purely and simply non-existent. I have sent no less than 4 emails asking for help, and guess what? Nobody has responded to me! It is simply deplorable and it shows a total disregard for the users.

3 months ago I contacted Cozytouch about this issue. They said they would get back to me shortly to resolve. Sent two other follow-ups. Received same response an same level of customer service. 👎Without the app I can not operate my water heater. I am concerned about the current water temperature which has to be close to 190 degrees. Please help!!!!!

Cozytouch lacks a working app and is really useless! It doesn’t work more than it does work. I reported the application was not working! No response to emails or trouble reports! Useless company and no customer service! Would recommend another company instead of this company!
BAD smart IOS application

When I try to control the smart boiler "Vertigo Steatite Wi-Fi 80l" through the application, I have the same problems. The application works unreliably and often crashes. Trying to set parameters incompatible value error. It often reports that the boiler is not online.
