In this version of the app, we have made the following bug fixes and improvements: Screen reader support for calendar, messaging, and dropdown menus View receipts directly in the app Improved calendar display Information on when the cancellation deadline for an appointment has expired Fixed an issue where users could be logged out while writing an e-consultation, improved display on newer devices with curved screens, and resolved various minor issues

Faster than ever! We’ve introduced a new way to book appointments, making it faster and easier to find the next available appointment at a clinic. Filter by health professional, type of appointment or where the appointment takes place (if applicable). We’ve also added other usability and performance improvements.

Faster than ever! We’ve introduced a new way to book appointments, making it faster and easier to find the next available appointment at a clinic. Filter by health professional, type of appointment or where the appointment takes place (if applicable). We’ve also added other usability and performance improvements.

Joining a video consultation is easier: - Users now receive a push notification 15 minutes before their video consultation is due to begin. When the user taps the notification, they will be automatically connected to the virtual waiting room. - Users can now start video consultations directly from the home screen. A ‘Start consultation’ button appears next to the appointment time when a video consultation takes place in the next 15 minutes. Other improvements include: - Identification timeout has been changed from when a user leaves the app, to 30 seconds. A user can come back to the app within this timeframe and avoid the requirement to identify with Biometric or PIN ID. - Improved analytics will help us better understand the causes of some infrequent crashes.

We added support for booking phone appointments. In addition, we changed the home menu icons to match the types of reserved times, and now you can see the appointment length in the home screen & in meeting details.
