Unreliable and Full of Bug and glitches.

Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)The Claro app is full of bugs and constant glitches. You can’t add local or international debit or credit cards because the payment system is always malfunctioning. The app is also frequently “under maintenance.” Notifications do not work, so there are no alerts for pending invoices or bills. Overall, the app is unreliable and a complete waste of time. If possible, I would give half a star or one star at most.⸻————————Calificación: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)La aplicación de Claro está llena de errores y fallas constantes.

I have been using this app for years to pay my cellphone accounts, buy recargas and pay for my home internet, phone and cable service. Now they changed it so I can’t you my debit card because it is not a debit card from the Dominican Republic. Looks like I will probably be switching everything to altice because I’m not going to stand in line for an hour or two to pay for a service Every month.

I can’t use your app because I can’t speak Spanish and you don’t have an English version of the app. Therefore, I don’t even know when to pay my bill or how to pay my bill without having to go all the way downtown to the store. Please fix this. There are a lot of English speakers in the Puerto Plata area and I’m sure others who would love this feature to be translated to English. It isn’t even hard to do.
