My wife and I had just gone through seperation and divorce right before we met each other. The reason I'm here today is because God sent me her. In 2011 we were in the thick of rebuilding our lives and a new home when I drove to the construction sight daily to check on the progress of our house. We didn't go to church at that time, but were believers. During one of those lunch break visits my wife called me and told me she found a church to try that she heard about on a radio station as I was passing a sign on the way to our new house that had the name of the church. When I got to the house site I found 88.3 on my radio and made it #1 on saved staions. We both new this was where God was leading us. Not only to the Church, which was a plant in the school that out 2 youngest children would attend, but also to Way FM. Baypointe Church was our church for the next nine years until hurricane Michael took it away. Way FM has been our only radio station since then also. My wife listens to the Wally podcast every morning and my workout music is exclusively Way FM. In the car, our 13 year old son sings the songs of praise. Even though we lost our "building" we never lost our faith. We have a new home church now but will be ever grateful to Way FM. With all the ups and downs over the next 12 years the one thing that has never changed, the impact Way FM has on our daily life. God bless you all for the message you send out to the world through God and His Son our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Out of every streaming station WayFM is my favorite. I live in a very rural area where stations can be limited. I also travel often and it's such a pain to find a good worship station. Satellite radio is very limited and gets repetitive. I found WayFM by chance on my local radio station because I heard the name of my town and I've been hooked. Amazing DJ's, I love the message, the diversity of music and I'm so grateful. Worship music is something I never thought I would listen to but having been saved and forgiven over a year ago in rehab I couldn't imagine my life without God, Jesus and worship music. Thank you for existing and spreading the word through worship music.

The WayFM app works well and operates as expected. No problems connecting. I just wish the music had a bigger playlist with more variation. Too many songs use the same words, phrases and formula, with a lot of Sunday morning anthems. The DJs are interesting. So, I play the app at times (almost every day for a short time) and then switch to Pandora, my own music or other stations like YesFM or WJTL.Sometimes it seems like Christian radio has buried any music that is complicated or compelling and replaced it with cookie cutter and simple worship. A whole generation of kids doesn’t even know that Christian music used to be challenging. They do not even know that people like Rich Mullins, Out of The Grey, Jars of Clay and others exist. It reminds me of how China buries ideas. I need to be challenged with good music. Praise and worship is okay, but it has no thought or depth. Why do we turn our people over to the worlds music?

I recently returned from 5 weeks out of the country. On the third day of my trip, my phone was stolen. I had no way to tune in to music to encourage and/or comfort me. Normally, I would hum tunes from the radio. But after so much “input” of my surroundings and events, i was numb. After getting back home and firing up an old phone, I was able to tune in again! To hear Wally and his partners in crime, and Joy, and all the familiar voices again-definitely a homecoming. We started supporting Way FM during the previous support drive. Best move ever!! I’m so grateful I can hear the Word, and praise and rejoice with the people of Way FM!!
