LAAX APP – Get more mountain!
Within EXPLORE you can find almost everything you need or want in LAAX, from the weather report to Q-alert webcams to your next delicious fondue. In addition, PLAY features new challenges and badges, the much-loved leaderboards and your personal statistics in one completely revamped, user-friendly view. This season, the SHOP is more versatile, personalized and appealing than ever, with new products ranging from tickets to merchandise. The SHOP also supports search, so if you can book it on the app, you can also search for it!

Wanna quickly check the open lifts, weather forecast and Q-alert cams? EXPLORE contains all the information you need for a perfect day on the mountain. New, intuitive, quick links give you access to all that essential live information with just one click. Also, from the EXPLORE home, swipe up to view all the content that has been specifically curated and personalized for you in your newsfeed. Whether it’s a bank, bakery or burger you’re looking for, you can now use the search in EXPLORE to learn the ins and outs of the destination. Find the restaurants you’re looking for and while you’re at it, reserve a table or order your meal with Mobile Ordering.

The shop has been redesigned to showcase the best deals on lift tickets and unique experiences available only in Laax. Find the perfect lift ticket for you, manage your keycards and head up the mountain in an easier and faster check-out flow than ever before.

I find this new version much less easy to navigate! For some reason the opening screen is dominated by a map with no obvious purpose. And, one of the most convenient features, on-line ordering of food and drinks in bars and restaurants has disappeared.Finally, although my lift season ticket is stored in the app I’m not able to scan through the lift barriers using my iPhone - a real missed opportunity these days!All very disappointing, hence 3 stars and not 5 as before!

After 30 years of Laax - Flims - Falera the folks at Inside LAAX have managed to loose us. They WILL NOT honor their written cancellation policy and instead claim some ‘we recently’ changed it. They should be banned by Apple for their tactics. Don’t waste your time/money. They could have made it right so easily. Looking forward to new and exciting things at our end. Goodbye LAAX. You blew it.
