I loved my albo card for the first six months. Everything worked perfectly. I used it to pay workers in our house via transfer. Then suddenly, because I believe the law changed, Albo told me I needed an RFC. I went through weeks of household to get an RFC. When I finally got it over into the albo app. Then I was notified that the number was incorrect, and to re-enter the number, only it’s impossible to enter the number because the app won’t let me scroll down to the space to enter it on my iPhone 14. Now I have money in my albo account, but no way to use it. 😒😒😒

The app takes blurry photos on iphone 14. Really frustrating. I had to submit my residency card 3 times because it was not accepted (hint: they don’t use the term FM3 any more - time to update your app!) Update the app to work with newer cameras or let me upload a photo since I know how to use a camera.
