In the middle of a HUGE PROJECT, on a time crunch and every time I made a change to get approval you kept asking me for a review...I kept answering with your options I Love It, Not Now....and then all my pictures were removed and I lost my ENTIRE PROJECT AND all prior saved collages and pictures....it’s crashed before in fact quite a few times but this time it’s affected my work and inexcusable in my eyes

I have used this app for the past two years to post on Instagram every day in December leading up to Christmas. I use the same layout every day. I was all excited to post my first picture yesterday, on December 1, and all was well. When I went to post today, December 2nd, the Design layout I had chosen to use this year had disappeared. I spent a good amount of time searching for it. I then tried to help section of the app but I could not find an answer to my question - that was, “Where did my layout go?” I then tried using the “e-mail us” feature, but all that does is take me to the Terms and Conditions page. The fact that the layout I want to use every day has disappeared, the fact that I have spent a great deal of time today trying to find it, and the fact that the “e-mail us” option does not work, makes me super unhappy. If I could contact someone, I would likely ask for a refund. As it is, I will likely just have to cancel my subscription ASAP.
Loved it. Now am super bummed.

I reinstalled this app several times on my different apple devices, but the app still doesn’t work on some features. For example, when I try to change a filter it doesn’t change it. It just shows the original picture. Also for some pictures (like digital art or screencaps) If a filter is applied, the picture gets all messed up and glitched? This never used to happen at all before. One more problem is that even though I watch an add to get a feature/sticker set, it still doesn’t give me that feature. The only reason I keep this app is because of the stitch edit, collages and designs.
This app used to be awesome but now it doesn’t work most of the time??

Neither the Suggestions tab in Settings NOR the actual Help tab even load. It links to Zendesk and the developer apparently doesn’t even have their help center set up anymore. It’s as if they put fake links in Settings to make it look supported. Pretty sketchy if you ask me. As for the app itself, pretty dopey set of features primarily geared towards embellishing/spoofing photos of yourself (color contacts feature? Tattoos? Okay…) The collage feature only allows you to arrange your photos inside a square, so totally useless for anywhere you might want a banner or cover photo. Cheesy and childish overall…this is just not the app for anyone with serious photo editing needs. Not even for casual purposes. Dumb.
