Overall, I had a good experience, but I did have to wait two days to receive a response from an email and one email I sent, I never actually received a response. Other than that everything went well!

Super easy to use app that walks you through the entire process. Interface and preparation for handover and return are clear and easy to follow. Also finding the vehicle of our needs was sure easy and we had many choices - we found the perfect camper van for our 83 day journey through Europe

Really helpful app to find a private vehicle for your journey. I choose 4x4 Jeep with the rooftop and AT, and connected with several owners and we choose the best option to rent. It was rather cheap and has insurance! Definitely will recommend you use in the future)

I have been trying to get in contact with Yescapa to move my reservation for months now. Both myself (the renter) and the owner have sent them multiple emails and we haven’t heard anything back. The number they have to call is completely in French and only allows me to speak to an automated voice. I am very disappointed in Yescapa because I did exactly what the website says to do for this situation and have heard nothing from them. My trip is in a few weeks.
