Off-the-shelf functional, but also easily tailored for specific use cases, we equip technicians with no-code customizable mobile workflows, leverage AI to automate tedious manual steps, and send real-time task progress and push notifications between the back office and the field.
The app performs well, better than the last FSM solution we had. Works offline and online, and the experience for work orders changes based on work type or asset type so we don’t have a lot of wasted screens.
