Data Recovery BC presents a smooth and intuitive interface. Unfortunately the application is unable to locate either JPG or NEF (Nikon raw) data files in a disk known to contain hundreds of deleted photos. As a matter of fact it is unable to locate any deleted files from any of the formats listed.

I’d like a refund - to use the app you have to download another program and the site is under construction and the download doesn’t even initiate - it also appears you have to purchase an another program to use it as well. Please refund immediately - this is not good.

This app seemed to support the recovery of Compressed files. I have a corrupted Stuffit (.sit) archive which I hoped might be prised open. The App’s behavior, instructions and interface are hopeless, unintelligible and should have never been accepted onto the App. store. I will do everything to get my $29.95 refunded.
