They only give false claims and take money from you. RM and their managers all involved in the scam. No escalations help.

Horrible customer care, I tried calling customer care from USA and described the problem. The lady was super rude and didn’t understand the problem and disconnected. The problem was simple as I was not able to edit profile. After this experience I am just deleting the profile and uninstalling the app.

Horrible search methodology, never found a suitable match since last year despite loading bulky rupees.The app team never ever feel to take feedback from their clients about scope of improvements.
