My Helan is your online health insurance platform. View your file, find a Helan office or post box near you, follow up on reimbursements, replacement income and extra insurances, download stickers and travel documents and view your health insurance mail. The app also makes it easy to request reimbursements for your Helan benefits (e.g. sports club membership fees, glasses and lenses, camps, etc.). Take a picture of your reimbursement form, send it to us and we will do the rest!

- Certificate of incapacity of work with amounts: You can download a summary PDF showing the allowances received and the corresponding amounts for a selected period.
- Certificate of incapacity for work: You can download a document certifying the period of incapacity for work.
- Allowance filters: You can filter allowances received by date (with a maximum history of 3 years) or by payment status.

- Search field: You can now search for a specific advantage in the list of Helan advantages.

-In the "Indemnities" menu, you have the possibility to declare an incapacity for work, download documents related to your incapacity or declare a full/partial work resumption.
- Do you have Dentalia insurance? In the menu "More"-"My extra insurances" you get a clear overview of your consumption, your contribution and you can easily request a reimbursement.
