If you are traveling to Colombia save your time and money. Their website and app are buggy and you won’t be able to do anything but waste money.Let’s make it a known fact that for travelers this company is trash!!How can they manage to create such a terrible app? I couldn’t buy a package and they wouldn’t return my money even tho they can’t fulfill their service. Thieves and time wasters.

I couldn’t get register or even buy a package. It’s the only provider who makes it impossible for tourist to spend money in their app. I even went to an office and was told everything will be fine within 24 hrs. Didn’t happen, still fighting to get data and minutes on this number. People reading this: consider ANY other provider.
