With the PrepayPower App, managing your account and electricity usage has never been easier.
With just a few taps, you can quickly and easily add credit to your account, as well as view your history to see the amount and date of your last 20 top-ups.
Smart Pay and Smart Pay+ customers can access hourly, daily, and weekly usage stats.
Smart Pay customers can also check their updated balance every 24 hours, while Smart Pay+ users get balance updates every hour.
For Smart Pay+ customers, the PrepayPower Savings feature allows you to put some money aside for a rainy day or budget for increased winter usage.

Download the latest version of the PrepayPower app now to enjoy improvements that make restoring your power quicker and easier than ever. SmartPay+ customers who top up and bring their balance above €0 will now see an option to “Restore Power” immediately, which works seamlessly and restores power immediately. This means you will no longer have to go back to the main top-up screen and wait for the option to restore power to appear. The updated app also includes some minor improvements and bug fixes.

We’ve introduced a new feature that automatically uses your Savings to top up your account if your credit runs low – so you never get disconnected.
It’s perfect for when you’re busy or on the move and don’t have time to top up. You can turn on this feature by going to the Savings screen.
This update also includes general improvements and bug fixes.

We’ve added a new survey feature to help us better understand your household’s needs.
The survey will appear during app registration and can also be found at any time in the My Account section, where you can update your information whenever it suits you.
By filling out the survey, you’ll help us enhance your customer service experience, provide more accurate usage insights, and share better electricity-saving tips.
This update also includes minor bug fixes and general improvements.

* We addressed that annoying crash for customers on older devices (iPhone 6 and older). If you were experiencing this issue before, please update the app.
