I’m unable to figure out how to save bookmarks

I don’t see this app within the share sheet. I do see it whenever I share a PDF. However, I add the PDF and then when I try to open the file the app crashes. I was hoping this app would allow me to save webpages and then view the webpages in a clean format within the app
