Needs work

Not bad but useless on iPhone 5, SE etc with smaller screens. Cannot scroll left and right so can't see price of many of the the services.

Not working

I have been using this app almost since I joined Spavia. Since this update, it does not make appointments. I will select the service and the time then get the “circling wheel of death”.

Will never use again

I may not get my money back, but I hope I can prevent even one person from wasting their time and money in this spa. I called prior to purchasing a Groupon and asked which option I should choose for a full, dramatic look. I based my purchase off the direction I was given over the phone. I left Spavia Sandy location in tears on Saturday. My lashes were terrible, painful, and not at all what I paid for. My complaints were blown off and met with attempts to sell me monthly memberships to visit again. When the tech told me that my Groupon came with a fill I asked instead to just fill in what she had missed, and I was told no. I told the three women at the front desk, one of which I have learned is the owner, that I would be going straight to another artist to have my lashes repaired that same day. The manager responded with, "Okay, just so you know if you go past 4 weeks it's no longer considered a fill so you would have to start fresh." I expressed that was fine and I wouldn't be back. I contacted the spa again after spending 3 hours having my extensions removed, repaired, and replaced. The owner first told me that she reviewed photos of my lashes and they looked fine, but I hadn't provided photos and I have yet to see the pictures she talks about. The owner, Dawn, accused me of adding Mascara and false eyelashes to their work when I sent her a photo of my repaired extensions. I am completely appalled at the experience I have had with this business. This location opened its doors the same day I had my lash appointment, but they won't be long if they don't fix the problems within their management.
