Interesting product but never could figure out to the make it turnkey on the Apple TV - you seemingly have to always make some selection, but your favorites never show anywhere. I reached out to their support email but they never responded to help me figure out what I might be doing wrong. Disappointed.

Greetings,Thank you for your message. In the Apple TV app, you can create a "Favorite" by selecting the "heart icon" on the Artwork Detail Page. Once you've Favorited a particular Artcast/Gallery, it will show in the Favorites row on the Home Menu of the Artcast Page. In the companion Artcast mobile app (iPhone), you can also create a Favorite by clicking the heart icon. To sync all of your Favorites and Custom Artcasts/Playlists to your Artcast app on Apple TV, go to the "Settings" menu of the Artcast app. Then enter the Username and Password you use to log into the iPhone app. That will sync everything to your Apple TV app.If you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to email us! Extremely slow

Takes about 5 min to open. Once it does finally open, it takes a few seconds to respond to scrolling. When you choose something to cast it takes a few minutes to open. seems to freeze a lot. It also occasionally closes on its own (crashes). I also wish you could pick one art piece for it to cast continuously.
Made Me Fall in Love with Art

I knew very little about are before, but this app makes it so enjoyable and easy to appreciate and share. On Apple TV it feels like having a personal art gallery in my home. My wife and I love to have different galleries showing in the background all of the time. On mobile it’s been great to curate artcasts for the TV when we want to show a particular theme. It has also allowed us to quickly explore a world of art that we never knew existed. I love their rotating new galleries as well. So happy to have found this!
Broken

This app appears to be broken. On my fully updated AppleTV, the images will not load. I cannot get past the introductory catalog — once I click into a gallery I get an endless twirling wheel - and no images. So far, the only way to fix it has been to delete and reload the app. I have now done this four times in the past two days, and it isn’t worth the trouble. I’m canceling my subscription and giving up
