LocalScan PDF Offline is a privacy-first document scanner and PDF utility for iPhone and iPad.
Scan paper documents, receipts, notes, contracts, and forms, then turn them into clean PDF files that stay on your device by default. OCR, PDF generation, thumbnails, file organization, and sharing are handled locally with Apple frameworks.
