Guys please read the negative reviews which has lot of good information about the pathetic service nestWay providing. Think 1000 times before choosing nestWay for your stay. During Covid, there customer care is not operating. We need to invest lot of time in understanding where to raise our problem. Even if you raise the request they take 10 days to respond. I have moved out 15days ago but still I have not got advance. Each day they are telling different stories . I really feel renting a house owned by land lord is better than with app based renting. ESP nestWay is very pathetic . They charge for delayed payment of rent . But when they delay for paying back ur advance they take like a month. I asked for late payment charge as my money with them. They don’t even respond to that query.

Although there were some glitches during the handover process, the NestAway team ensures great customer service. We had some issues when we moved in to our NestAway home, and the NestAway team patiently analyzed the situation, and ensured that the issues be rectified diligently, and correctly. There was persistence from the team, and finally, ensured the problem was sorted within the promised timelines, and without a glitch. Customer service rep Aameen called me and ensured our stay at NestAway home is a pleasant one. Good job NestAway!
