ICD-10 is the 10th revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD), a medical classification list by the World Health Organization (WHO).
The 2016 ICD-10-CM in this app contain information on the new diagnosis coding system, ICD-10-CM, that is a replacement for ICD-9-CM, Volumes 1 and 2. These 2016 ICD-10-CM codes are to be used for services provided from October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016.
The 2016 ICD-10 Procedure Coding System (ICD-10-PCS) in this app contain information on the new procedure coding system, ICD-10-PCS, that is a replacement for ICD-9-CM, Volume 3. These 2016 ICD-10-PCS codes are to be used for discharges occurring from October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016.
