Great app! Only one complaint

I love the concept of the app, it’s exactly everything I wanted. However, I do have one complaint. I just downloaded the app today and was going through and logging a bunch of restaurants I’ve been to in the past year and when I go into the map mode and click on a restaurant, even if I’ve been there multiples times and have uploaded multiple posts, the “check out the times you were here before…” all show today’s date (the date that I added the post) not when I was there.

Hi. Thanks so much for your feedback and enjoyment of the app. To respond to your concern, our app takes the time stamp from the photo and post them accordingly. Hence, it has the ability to backdate posts. However, if your photos were transferred from other devices or tampered impacting the timestamp, they would reflect date as photos. Hope this helps. Hope you have Yummi meals everyday. :)

Great App! Exactly what I was looking for

Last night when my husband and I were having dinner, I told him I wish there was an app that would keep up with all the restaurants we visit. I have a terrible memory since having brain surgery last year and rarely leave my house of the doctor visits. We have to travel out of town for my doctor visits so when we go to a restaurant, it’s usually in a different town and I remember the restaurant light but then get in there and can’t remember what I ordered that I loved, and have to scroll through months worth of pictures to find the photo of the meal that I liked. Last night, I googled app to log restaurants and came up with this app. I started locking the meals we had before my and love that it’s able to use the Geo data from my photos to find the restaurant. I was really bad about remembering what sushi items I liked it restaurants as what is a Texas role at one place that I really love may be not the same ingredients of another restaurants Texas roll.. This also gives me the ability to create my notes but most importantly lets my family see what I like and where I’ve been. I saw that I had the opportunity to follow other people and I’ve asked my family members to join as well as we typically share photos of our food on a group chat. This has everything that I need. I did notice some latency in loading. On the app but I wanna head and give it five stars because it’s exactly what I was looking for.

This app is so easy to use. Love how it keeps track of the number of cities, cuisine, footprints and fans if you have any. You can keep Your food log private or public, it’s nice to see what others write regarding restaurants. The calendar view is awesome. The map feature is awesome as well. It shows all restaurants visited during that month. I have so many past entries to create and it’s very easy to do. I totally recommend this app if you need an innovative and easy way to log your restaurants along with your experiences. Love the fact that you can upload photos and the app geo tags them so your visits are in order. Highly recommend. I’m not sure why this app doesn’t have thousands and thousands of followers. Its actually better organized then Yelp. This is an awesome app!

Best Restaurant Diary I’ve Found!

All I wanted was an app that I could log what restaurants I’ve eaten at, when I ate there and what I ordered, so that I know not to repeat orders (I like to try new things everywhere I go) and was user friendly. This was surprisingly difficult to find. Yummi is BY FAR the best app I’ve found. I can easily log my photo, rate the meal, and enter the location (most of the time it already comes up since it knows where the pic was taken and when, which is great if I forget to log something and a few days goes by). The app is super simple to use and you can easily pull up Calendar View, which lets you see every pic you’ve posted each month, and in the corner of each pic is the number of the day you went there. I absolutely LOVE this app, and highly recommend it!!
