• When you set up a new payee, we will ask you a number of questions to help you identify potential Authorised Push Payment (APP) fraud.

• New customers can now open an account directly through the mobile app • All external payments from your savings account will now be made through your nominated account

• If it is an account in your name, you can select an existing account from your payee list to act as your nominated account • Your nominated account will be highlighted in your payee list • Customers with a Fixed Term Deposit will be able to reinvest their Fixed Term Deposit through the app

We have recently updated our Digital Banking app to improve your experience and provide some important new features. Here are some highlights of the recent improvements. • Push notifications so that you can verify your online Al Rayan Bank debit card transactions easily through the Digital Banking app. • ‘Stop and think’ messages to reduce your risk of fraud when you make an external payment or set up a new payee. • Share your account and payment information with friends, family and colleagues.

New spend summary. Transactions are categorised and displayed so you can easily see where you are spending your money. Registration screens have been simplified to help you register and re-register quickly and easily. Improvements have been made to the overall design to improve your experience while using the app.
